All Photographs offered and sold by are printed out in full respect to all specific features indicated on the website at the ordering moment.

The overview image visible on the website reflects as much as possible thereal original Photograph characteristics, but it can occur a very little difference  between the image visible on the screen and the print out. This difference is due to the ordinary gap (limited, but existing) related to the original Picture scanning or digitalizing.

When the purchase order is issued, the Buyer is accepting all Sales Conditions inhere explained, and he/she is expected to carefully read and store them.

Just after the order placement and the related payment by the Buyer side, the production time is started. The production timeis generally indicated in the relevant Photograph detailed explanation on the website and – where not differently specified – it is estimated as about 10 working days. Once this period is expired, we consider as started the delivery time, indicated in the relevant Photograph detailed description as well. The delivery time – if not differently specified – is generally estimated as 7 working days for any kind of delivery within Italy. In case of any delivery requested outside Italy, it is necessary to contact GT Art Photo Agency on purpose (using the email address in order to get a confirmation it can be possible arranging the shipment in a different Country, according to Buyer’s needs. In case the request can be positively accomplished, shipment costs will be promptly communicated as well so that the Buyer can proceed with the order placement.

Photograph authenticityis always ensured in one of the twopossible ways, according to the single case:

- The Photograph is signed in original by the Author and reports all relevant information (still written by hand by the Author)

- The Photograph is delivered together with an Authenticity Certification, reporting the Author’s original signature and all relevant information.

The relevant invoicewill be issuedand sent in the same package.

It is forbidden to the Buyer providing the Seller with false or not real data at the order placement moment. Personal data, email address and payment related information have to be correctly inserted and have to be real and consistent.





Each Photograph related price is vat included, if not differently specified.

The payment is processed at the ordering moment and can be finalized on-line according to all possible options specified at the ordering issuing time. For almost all of offered Photographs, GT Art Photo Agency can accept payments thorough Paypal or Credit card (Maestro, Visa, Postepay, Mastercard, American Express, Carta Aura, Paypal Prepaid, Discover). In case of any different need (e.g. a payment via a bank transfer) the Buyer is kindly invited to contact GT Art Photo Agency directly using the email address

The automatic payment thorough Paypal or Credit card guarantees by default the order acceptance by GT Art Photo Agency side. However, in case of any problem related to the ordered Photograph, and whenever it is not possible properly satisfying the Buyer request (e.g. for the out of stock of any Photograph, or for any unavailability by the Artist side, or for any other unquestionable reason), GT Art Photo Agency is committed to promptly inform the Buyer and to give back the money amount already anticipated.





As of today our Photographs’ reservation and purchasing system is working to enable shipments via courier only towards European destinations*. Delivery expanses are always at Buyer charge and they have to be considered as extra expanses, specifically indicated at the purchasing time, to be added to the price of the Product.

In case of any different need, i.e. in order to ask for a quotation related to a shipment to a different Country not mentioned in our possible destinations' list, the Buyer is kindly invited to mail GT Art Photo Agency writing to 

Delivery time inside Italy (whatever destination you need) are estimated as 7 working days starting from the payment date, and therefore these terms are not to be considered as essential.

The delivery courier’s choose is exclusively up to the Vendor.

Possible damages observed in the Product or in the packaging at pick-up moment have to be promptly advised to the Courier itself at the delivery moment. Once the pick-up is signed, it’s no longer possible to claim any right respect to the Courier, neither by receiving Client side nor by Sender side (i.e. GT Art Photo Agency).

In some cases it could be possible picking up the Photographs at the GT Art Photo Agency premises. In case of any interest respect to this option, we invite the Buyer contacting us using the same email address as above.


* Allowed standard destinations:

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Irland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, United Kingdom.




According to current regulations, the Buyer can change his/her mind and withdraw from the purchase within 10 days after receiving the Product. This right can be exercised sending a mail with return receipt to GT Art Photo Agency, Via E.Reinach 4, 20159 Milano (MI) – Italy.

In this case, the Product (kept as intact and in his original package), should be sent back to GT Art photo Agency via courier express and – in any case – according to conditions agreed with GT Art Pgoto Agency in occasion of the claim. Delivery costs related to this operation are at Buyer charge, as per current regulations.

In case the original package is damaged at receiving time, GT Art Photo Agency is considered as authorized to keep part of due reimbursement (no more than 10% of the total value) as contribution to the needed Photograph reinstatement related costs.

GT ART Photo Agency manages all personal data related to clients consumers of its services available on the website www.gtartphotoagency.comin the full respect to Italian national law about the Privacy and, in particular, to the D. Lgs. 196/03.

The acquisition of any required data is the necessary prerequisite for the contract closing, as much as for all consequent actions in the Client interest.

Provided data can be used by GT Art Photo Agency also with the aim to periodically send email related to advertisement, promotions, internal announcements, promotional activities related commercial information.

Personal data, gathered and stored in data base controlled by GT Art Photo Agency, will be treated by the GT Art Photo Agency owner and/or by owner’s coworkers (as engaged people) and they will not be object of diffusion or forwarding to any Third party, if not in cases foreseen by current regulations and – in any case – according to conditions expressively indicated in the same regulations.

The involved subject can exercise rights foreseen in the art. 7 of D. Lgs. 196/03 and, in particular: to have a confirmation about existing data related to him/her, to obtain the cancellation of all data treated in violation of mentioned law, and to obtain the update or correction of his/her own personal data, according to conditions and in all cases foreseen by the law itself. In addition, at any time, exercising the withdrawal right from each required service, it will be possible asking for the total cancellation of provided data.
